• Develop system architecture models needed for LoanServ to MSP conversion
• Drive the current state Loan Servicing system architecture to the future state architecture.
• Guide’s development teams in re-architecting legacy applications (Microsoft stack) to make them scalable, and satisfactory for end users using micro-service architecture.
• Steers the effort to promote existing custom applications to cloud platform.
• Mentor technical teams for designing customer-facing enterprise class applications to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
• Provides documentation, training, and support for the designed solution.
• Experience in robust, quick and efficient system integrations with 3rd parties
SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Microservices, Relational Database, NoSQL DB, Single Sign-On
Understandings of various cloud offerings - Saas, Paas and Iaas.
• Up-to-date industry knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and new cutting-edge technologies around Single Sign-On, Mobile development, DevOps, Software Architecture, Cloud Offerings etc.
• Strong analytical skills; client focused, blending strong execution skills and a results orientation.
• Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty. Accountable; strong work ethic.
• Strong quality orientation with an attention to detail and accuracy. Integrity, ability to maintain and work with confidential information. High learning agility: demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
• Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to organize time and resources to bring initiatives to successful completion.
• Ability to participate on several development project teams with perspective to ensure all standards and processes are followed, good designs and quality documentation is created before handoff of a project to the support team.
