- Ability to effectively prioritize based on impact and urgency and restore services based on Service Level Agreements
- Intermediate knowledge of networking and software defined networking, DNS, Load Balancing technologies, scaling, firewalls, and routers.
- Understanding of Knowledge Management concepts and Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodologies
