Tasks & Duties
- Oversee, plan, manage and coordinate complex projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, creating/updating project plans and work breakdown structures, scheduling project deliverables, goals and milestones, identifying and managing IT project risks, determining resource needs, obtaining signoff on project deliverables, etc. using Microsoft cloud solutions
- Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership of various project teams including teams working on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure DevOps, and consultants. Coordinates, tracks, and reports on project tasks such as configure, manage, and maintain collaboration and DevOps technologies and reporting on progress to management, stakeholders, and relevant teams.
- Lead teams responsible for delivering collaboration and automation solutions by advising, by serving as cloud collaboration and automation expert on O365 and Azure technologies from start to end to ensure speed to market, return on investment and delivery of business value.
- Drive improvement initiatives related to infrastructure and software deployment automation using creative provisioning techniques, implementation and deployment methodologies and the use of tools such as Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Sharegate and PowerShell.
- Research and identify emerging technologies impacting cloud-based PaaS and SaSS solutions to ensure the Agency is keeping in line with best practices related to security and improving upon usability for the business users. Liaise with business leaders, IT technical teams and vendors, as necessary in fulfilling the department goals and objectives.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience managing and administrating enterprise-level O365 SharePoint; troubleshooting issues and providing customer support for service requests related to O365 SharePoint Online and on-premise environments; migrating site collections using Sharegate; supporting One Drive and Teams for business; working with Active Directory, PowerShell, eDiscovery site collections.
- Minimum 4 Years Understanding of current and emerging infrastructure technologies and practices and how other organizations are employing them and the ability to identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 4 Years Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, SharePoint Online and Office 365.
- Minimum 4 Years Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience working with Active Directory, PowerShell, eDiscovery site collections
- Minimum 4 Years Experience supporting One Drive for business
- Minimum 4 Years Possesses ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint.
