Responsibilities
  • Serve as escalation path for Technical Support Specialists, working on the most complex and/or urgent support incidents.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues, escalating to other departments as identified.
  • Produce internal support documentation as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that will spanning multiple applications and environments
  • Troubleshoot application deployments, recreate customer issues, and build proof of concept applications.
  • Dive deep to resolve problems at their root, looking for failure patterns and suggest fixes.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions depending on customer use cases.
  • Actively participate in Change management process with view to manage risk in production environment
  • Build and improve run books for generalists to minimize operational errors and gain efficiency
  • Develop reports that provide trending statistics to track and manage application health and support service performance

Essential Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT experience in application/Infrastructure Support experience using Java/J2EE stack, WebLogic, Tomcat with knowledge in Spring Framework, JDBC, RestFul Services.
  • Have solid understanding of production support tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, IBM Tealeaf, Grafana etc.
  • Good hands on expertise with Linux systems.
  • Good Debugging, trouble shooting skills
  • Excellent Communication skills in EACO/Bridge line calls, meetings, articulating technical issues to management and partners while solving problems.
  • Hands on experience on Application servers like WebLogic, Tomcat and Oracle database.
  • Independent problem solver with Good Analytical Skills and adaptable to new, challenging technical and process requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Desired Qualifications
  • Good to have knowledge on various Production monitoring tools.
  • Hands on Experience in troubleshooting production issues and experience in on-call support.
  • DevOps tools like Jenkins, GIT, uDeploy, Artifactory etc.
  • Good to have Oracle Exadata database, DB repoint, DB replication experience.
  • Imperva Web Application Fire Wall (WAF) , Akamai CDN, SSL DDoS Stack
  • Site Reliability Engineering

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of application support and maintenance experience
  • 7+ Years of Java, J2EE application development experience

Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementation of secure Single Sign on Enterprise solutions with high touch technical support. Should be able to lead the implementation of complex initiatives and enhancements while minimizing risk to end customers.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience planning technology strategy for customer facing web initiatives and leading technology teams towards common business objectives. Should have the ability to establish a strong relationship with various partner teams.
  • Minimum of 5+ experience with highly available multi data center infrastructure topologies. Should have experience to understand and oversee troubleshooting of multi-tier infrastructure issues.
  • Good Knowledge of Identity Management, SAML and federation services.
  • Uses expert knowledge of Banking combined with web technologies. Should have knowledge of industry trends and ability to interface with service groups to understand customer requirements.

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Evaluates systems specifications, participates in continuous tuning of the banking platform for optimal performance and scalability, determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution.
  • Ability to set direction for team of Engineers and Support resources across the world in coordination with multiple partners on large channel wide initiatives.
  • Good communication skills and experience in working with multiple groups to accomplish tasks.
  • Previous experience with CA Site Minder or similar Authentication solutions preferred.
  • Experience with Micro Services, API.
  • HPOO, Ansible Automation Tools.
  • Previous Banking experience.
