Team Lead DevOps Engineer will own the infrastructure for our cloud based engine. The lead of DevOps team will enhance and maintain company's production and development environments. Responsibilities will include delivering a scalable, resilient and cost-effective architecture and building a team of first-class professionals by guiding and leading, planning career paths and tuning the hiring.
The Lead DevOps will establish 24x7 support team with proper procedures and schedule to support uninterrupted operations of our customers and engineering teams.

Skill set:
- 5+ years as DevOps engineer;
- At least 3+ years in the role of Team Lead;
- Past experience in 24/7 rotations for mission critical web systems;
- Experience with Version Control Software - Git;
- Continuous Integration setup and administration;
- Release Engineering: deployment pipelines; continuous deployment;
- Database administration of Cassandra;
- Management of ElasticSearch, Redis, Apache Kafka;
- Public Clouds: AWS (Networking, Containers, DNS and other common public clouds services);
- Linux expert knowledge;
- Web protocols: WebSockets, HTTP and others;
- Monitoring/Logging tools: Prometheus & Grafana, Cloudwatch;
- Bash expert knowledge. Other scripting languages is a benefit;
- Upper Intermediate English is a must.
You will be doing:
- Manage the distributed team of Devops Engineers;
- Establish and maintain 24x7 SLA;
- Work closely with development, QA and information security;
- Build and enhance tooling used by the DevOps team;
- Participation in new services design and implementation, participation in refactoring and redesign current solutions;
- Hiring and onboarding new team members;
- Maintain and evolve concepts in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for existing and new services;
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to improve automation of workflows, infrastructure, code testing and deployment;
- Identify systems that can benefit from automation, monitoring and infrastructure-as-code and develop and scale products and services accordingly;
- Brainstorm new products, updates and solutions to continuously challenge and improve products, performance, system/data backup, security and customer experience;
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams and abide by industry best practices for configuration management and automation;
