What you'll do:

• • Translate client requirements into statements of work containing technical and non-technical deliverables
  • Own estimating technical delivery effort, recommending team composition and assisting in the pricing of client engagements
  • Oversee technical delivery work across all market client engagements
  • Personnel management of software development teams
  • Assist with identifying technical team skill and resource needs
  • Provide training on new technology stacks and assisting in the career development of technical resources
  • Develop topic specific thought leadership for either publication or speaking engagement

Preferred Skills (but not limited to):

• • Able to plan and coordinate software development activities, ensuring quality leveraging SOLID principles.
  • Able to determine success criteria for client deployments and their ongoing management, translating criteria into operational activities that are delegated and reported upon in an ongoing manner.
  • A thorough understanding of ITIL, DevOps, Agile and Lean methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • A strong understanding of modern API standards such as REST and graphQL, including prior API design experience
  • Experience with Data Engineering practices and principles, including ETL, ELT and Data Quality.
  • Proven ability with programming languages, such as Java, Python, Javascript, or C#
  • Understanding CI/CD and QA best practices
  • Ability to write and review effective technical documentation, such as tutorials and API service specs

  • Experience with modern operations technologies (docker, chef, kubernetes), including network and cloud infrastructure providers
  • Experience working with compliance-oriented enterprises (ex. HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and spoken) with a range of persons, from individual contributors to executive stakeholders, both internal and external to us.
  • Proficiency managing multiple client commitments in an organized way maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
