- Provide technical leadership by direct involvement in recruiting, mentoring, retaining and leading software development team at multiple locations
- Act as the go-to technical resource to software engineers to provide technical guidance, help them solve problems, validate approaches and write quality code

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent years’ experience
- Minimum of 3 years of technical management experience in a software development organization required
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market
- A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and software development manager
- Experience working in a cross functional environment
- Strong understanding of the software development cycle, agile development practices including version control, code management, automation, branching, and deployment
