We are looking for a Project Manager to support to the full-time EPMs in the effort to modernize our identity management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Help EPM develop stakeholder communications and presentation decks for various stakeholders
Engage with various stakeholders to ensure their needs are consistently met
Clearly elicit ideas through emails and / or verbal presentations
Produce weekly status reports to summarize the accomplishments, lowlights, and risks
Schedule meetings between key program stakeholders, documents and distributes meeting minutes
Work with Microsoft EPM to ensure all key decisions and action items are well-documented in a centralized location and all action items are promptly followed-up on
Help the EPM maintain all in-scope requirements and feature specification artifacts up-to-date and properly formatted
Help with obtaining and documenting business signoffs before any release
Assist the EPM with developing both high level and tactical project plans for the different audiences and using different mediums (i.e. PPT, Excel, Azure DevOps etc.)
Maintain the engineering team Azure DevOps area path, including ensuring all work items have been properly documented and represent the actual effort underway
Help with sprint planning and tracking progress against milestone completion
Help maintain and improve the engineering team's reporting in Azure DevOps and PowerBI
Help the EPM and the engineering team timely identify any risks & issues and help develop respective mitigation plans
Share observations and provides recommendations based on industry subject matter expertise
Conduct code reviews and provided feedback (optional)
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in either business or management preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Able to make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project – confident time management skills
Can serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple members are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy, with consistent communication – strong effective delegation skills
Able to communicate with executives or senior employees to keep the project aligned with their goals
Ability to maintain quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Not intimidated by new or complex problems
Strong verbal and written skills
