Responsibilities of an Escalation Technical Writer:
- Escalation Technical Writer will define internal product documentation such as release notes, feature guides as a continuous flow from existing information (requirements specs, user/technical stories etc.) and in collaboration with multiple DevOps teams to effective internal product documentation that can in turn feed technical teams, product marketing collaterals and internal trainings
- Conceptualize, plan, develop and write high-quality documentation in highly collaborative way
- As an Escalation Technical Writer, you will define, own and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) processes related to internal documentation and trainings, in collaboration with relevant teams
- In support of Product Marketing, the Escalation Technical Writer will define processes and provide content for the outbound product communications, marketing campaigns and trainings
- MS or MCS, Engineering degree is a plus
- Superior technical writing skills and exceptional attention to details
- Experience working in dynamic, multinational, agile environments
- Familiarity with networking or managed services industry and related technologies
- Knowledge of Cisco technology and documentation or previous Cisco experience a plus
- Proven track record of developing technical documentation and/or training for complex technologies, collaborating with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
- Creative thinker with an ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive change
- Strong team player who is able to relate with technical experts
