Job Summary
We are looking for a Technology Strategy Consultant who is a technology guru and an experienced technology consulting manager with a track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. You have a passion for serving clients and a desire to build up Codal’s Technology Strategy practice by spotting and seizing opportunities to grow business.
You're helping clients craft rapid, data-driven, and practical technology strategies to enable their overall business strategies. Results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial-minded drive you to succeed. You have an eagle eye for detail, even as you juggle priorities, deadlines, and budgets all while maintaining knowledge of evolving trends in technology strategy and management and apply those to develop innovative approaches to deliver value for our clients.
You have a flair for breaking down technology issues into logical parts and constructing crystal-clear reasoning and analyses—an aptitude you use to crush problems. You’ve got top-notch communication and people skills, and you use them to help you get things done

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ business needs and offer IT service solutions that’s right for them
- Set up and support a technology strategy and architecture project according to a vision
- Interview our clients to identify the root causes of problems and turn analyses into insight so they can grow
- Present your findings to team members and clients stakeholders
- Deliver strong proposals and help your team develop new business
- Interacts with senior management levels at a client and within Codal, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
- Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
- Go deep to get the lay of the land of the industry and technology infrastructure that clients operate in to grasp clients’ technology options in the context of global, industry, economic, and technology
- Help your team pinpoint the right data-driven Digital, IT or Cloud technology strategy solutions to meet the needs of clients and help draw up practical implementation road maps that position clients for long-term success
- Apply strong analytical skills to dig deep into research and large data sets to identify where clients can leverage IT for greatest strategic impact to drive business outcomes
- Use data models and visualization to bring your analysis to life
- Keep deepening your expertise in business and technology strategy to reinforce Codal’s reputation as a thought leader
- You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Minimum 5 year of consulting experience at a consulting firm
- Excellent technical understanding of key areas of various industries and the technologies transforming them (digital strategy, transformation, IT infrastructure & architecture, IoT, e-commerce, AI/machine learning, robotics, cloud, big data and analytics, cyber security, multichannel banking, blockchain, agile and DevOps and process automation)
