We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Technology Lead in our Optum Care Services team within our Enterprise Clinical Technology division. Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 7+ years Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment (Fortune 500)
- 3+ years of Program Management experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
- 3+ years of leading/managing people
- 3+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
- 3+ years of experience working on mixed methodology program (Scrum interfacing with Waterfall from a dependency perspective)
- Experience with both traditional and agile management tools (e.g. MS Project, Rally)
- 3+ years proven financial acumen with experience managing budgets exceeding $5M or more
- Experience practically implementing or executing within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Solid understanding of scaling Lean and Agile, and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program
- Experience artfully applying multiple software development frameworks (e.g. waterfall, iterative, agile) to enable more efficiently delivering software
- In depth understanding of technology and multi-practice disciplines associated with program life cycle methodology, large scale project implementation techniques and knowledge of tools and vendors in the marketplace
- Program Management skills and experience including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external organizations to ensure client satisfaction and drive client and IT accountability
- Proven track record leading matrix IT teams with 50+ team members in geographically diverse environments
- Demonstrated ability to weigh alternatives and determine program strategy and experienced in leading large scale programs, consisting of diverse business and IT teams
