Description
- Leading and overseeing an Engineering team with employees in both the US and India
- Building a roadmap for the growth and continued success of the Engineering team
- Working closely with the SVP of Engineering and leadership team within the organization to ensure best practice across not just the engineering team, but the entire organization
Profile
The successful candidate has:
- Experience as a Software Engineering Manager and/or VP of Engineering
- Experience leading Engineering teams in both the US and India
- DevOps and DevSecOps experience
- Product SaaS experience
- Cloud compliance, Container Security experience
- Experience managing an engineering team of 50+
- Experience overseeing a multi-million dollar budget
- AWS, Azure and/or GCP experience
Job Offer
- A base salary of up to $300k depending on experience
- Bonus potential of up to 40% of your annual base salary
- Equity in the organization
- Remote flexibility
