In this role you will:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering to identify and execute on strategic initiatives to transform Company to a highly successful, publicly traded SaaS company
- Define & develop the VaaS strategy and roadmap, in collaboration with the Ecosystem team
- Develop product line business plans, in support of Company’s vision and company goals, and in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure coherent, successful execution
- Partner with Engineering to deliver and evolve a category-defining solution
- Deliver an in-product experience that is so simple, easy and intuitive that anyone can use it to be successful, without requiring PKI experts to show them how, in partnership with UX
- Leverage data-driven insight from product user behavior to identify opportunities to facilitate customer success, ensure value realization and self-service expansion, and improve the product
- Define, monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and ensure success
- Partner with Marketing to develop pricing, positioning & promotion strategies, and implement required pricing, packaging & licensing changes in the service
- Lead efforts to conduct research and identify opportunities for new cloud product & service offerings
- Has “been there and done that” with SaaS – not only development & delivery, but a proven track record of delivering SaaS solutions which have delivered exponential revenue growth

- Experience with IAM, PKI, cryptography and/or systems management
- Hands on experience with cloud native technologies, (e.g., microservices architecture, service mesh, devops tool chains, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, etc.) and the resulting security implications
- Strong technical acumen, and the ability to easily translate it into business value
- Gifted communicator, who inspires and excites – from execs to admins
- Experience delivering SaaS product-led growth, and using self-service adoption
- 10+ years product management experience; 5+ years SaaS product leadership / managing teams
- MBA from a top business school, with an Engineering or Computer Science undergraduate degree
