1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

At GXO Logistics, exceptional customer service is at the heart of our success. As the Warehouse System Support Manager you will be responsible for the configuration and settings of operational systems including rating, capacity, facility management and contract management for all our customers.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • System configuration to support business requests for configuration changes within our technology platform
  • Create and review build, release and deploy and functional spec documents for feature requests and enhancements
  • Onboarding new clients into our technology platform in preparation for operational go-live
  • Support migration of existing business to a new technology platform
  • Review warehouse or enterprise system gaps, troubleshoot issues and develop enhancements or feature requests to address design failures
  • Support configuration management for complex enterprise information systems or Fortune 500 supply chain systems
  • Enforce data standards in our technology platform and maintain system cleanliness
  • Act as subject matter expert and provides training, troubleshooting and other support for software applications managed by business unit, e.g. JDA Blue Yonder, SAP and Infor WMS
What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5 years related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office
It'd be great if you also have:
  • 10 years of Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering experience
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority issues and escalations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with tools in an Agile environment
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  • Ability to integrate with products like JDA Blue Yonder, Infor WMS and SAP or other enterprise resource planning software
  • Hands-on management and implementation of engineering change requests
  • Ability to review and read EDI files and identify failures
  • Experience with managing and prioritizing warehouse IT defects and bugs
  • Ability to execute DevOps within complex enterprise and supply chain systems
