Ошибка sudo apt-get update. Could not connect to 192.168.2.94

При вводе в терминал команды sudo apt-get update появляется:

он вместо сайта соединяется с адресом в локалке (прокси? роутер?) и не может. Проверяйте настройки сети и днс.
Сделайте трассировку до любого сайта, например до репозитория убунту и посмотрите куда идет обращение на первом шаге, при наличии у вас частной сети.
Конечно может быть не настроен прокси
