The Business Applications group within Enterprise Solutions (ES) provides project governance and management for various initiatives. This includes traditional Project/Program Management as well as Agile Project Management.
Our team is looking for an Agile Coach that can support our continued focus on Agile development. The role of Agile Coach in our organization is multi-faceted. In this role, you will provide the expertise and training necessary to build the required culture to support lasting agility with individuals, teams, and ES organization as a whole. You will be an expert in both Scrum and Kanban frameworks and leverage your experience and understanding of agile values, principles, and practice to help teams deliver value to our customers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively. You will be a coach, trainer, mentor, thought leader, consultant, and strategist working with technical and non-technical teams. Additionally, you must understand that not all products and projects we work on are well suited for Scrum or Kanban. You must be nimble enough to blend a hybrid approach that incorporates traditional and Agile Project Management elements. You will be responsible for advising teams on the most effective methods/frameworks, developing a strategy to implement the correct processes, gain support to implement the appropriate methodology, and deliver on the recommendation.

- Bachelors Degree
- Five years of recent applied Agile experience
- Experienced in implementing Agile SAFe
- Agile project management certification, such as CSM, CSPO, etc
- Ability to architect Microsoft Azure DevOps to fit processes (Highly preferred)
