Location: Houston, TX (need to be able to go into the office 3 days a week)
Length: 12 Months (Contract W2) NO C2C
Pay Rate: $Flexible - W2
Essential Education
Bachelor's Degree in IT, sciences, engineering, mathematics, or related equivalent
Agile, PMP, or similar certification
Essential Experience and Job Requirements
Strong Agile delivery experience - SCRUM and Kanban
Azure DevOps/ADO board experience - Must have
Project Management/Scrum Master (Certified preferred)
Product Delivery
Consultative and collaborative working style
Solid communication and influencing skills - written and spoken; ability to flex style to audience
Organize squads and work items based on the goals/priorities set by the Security Data Services - Service Owner program goals.
Ensure that the deliverables meet requirements set by customers
Deliver successful outcomes based on requirements set by stakeholders
Drive Agile best practices & ensure facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
Maintain alignment between all stakeholders and squads
Ensure the backlog meets quality metrics
Experience managing multiple technology projects programs
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Strong technical skills
Understanding of Big Data and Power BI development are a plus
Experience working with Engineering teams Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
Desirable criteria
Experience in oil and gas / energy industry
Ability to rapidly grasp new concepts, achieve a high-level familiarity with new technologies and sense their application; ability to think at the forefront of innovation
Able to function in a dynamic environment and make informed decisions as required to keep squad on target
Capability to support multiple engagements at the same time
