Compensation: $38.95 to $45.10 hourly
Duties and responsibilities
Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
Analyze a range of data processing issues
Implement new business and roll out the application to our customers
Onboard customers
Pick up and address application related issues
Resolve software issues
Communicate with internal and external customers
Perform upgrades
Collaborate with the development and operational teams
Deploy new applications/upgrades
Identify potential problems
Requirements and qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Equivalent programming experience in lieu of degree
Novice Knowledge of design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms and SQL Server
People soft skills
Basic knowledge with object-oriented programming
Basic knowledge with Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
Basic knowledge with Web Services, WCF, RESTful and Service Oriented Architecture a plus
Basic knowledge with source control and work item tracking tools like Azure DevOps
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

Ability to diagnose & address application issues
