- Hands-on production experience with AWS. (EC2, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch)
- Strong systems administration experience. (Linux)
- Strong understanding of all the fundamental troubleshooting aspects. (escalations & root cause analyses)
- Production experience with Terraform enough to update a sec group, spin up a new server, and have some experience with configuration management. (Chef, Ansible, or Puppet)
- High-volume networking experience (DNS, firewalls, VPN, Routers/Switches, CDNs, SSL, and Load Balancers)
- Strong Python or Bash scripting
- Some experience with git/CICD pipelines is preferred.
