- System Integration/Engineering experience integrating on-prem and AWS system
- OTT video streaming troubleshooting experience (HLS or DASH)
- Experience troubleshooting application running on iOS, Android, Roku (Charles experience)
- Ability to work with mobile client development teams interpreting device and application logs
- Hands on troubleshooting experience of AWS cloud components (S3, EC2, etc.)
- Hands on network troubleshooting experience (TCP/IP connectivity troubleshooting)
- Hans on experience utilizing Grafana, Elastic Search, SQL to interpret and visualize various data points
- Scripting experience (preferably Python)
- Installing and configuring cloud based applications
- CI/CD pipeline automation (Jenkins)
- Software development experience (Node, Go, Java, JS, RN)
- Knowledge of video signaling specifications such as SCTE-35 or SCTE-224
