Description:
- Experience working with large size data sets using Big Data Frameworks (i.e., Azure/Databricks/Spark/Hive, etc.)
- Experience using Kafka, CI/CD technology, Git
- Experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms: Azure
- Handson experience with APIs, Micro services and Service Oriented Architecture
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology for delivering software solutions and DevOps concepts
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins
- experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Knowledge of Data Pipeline/workflow management tools such as Azure data factory.
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse and/or Snowflake Cloud Datawarehouse platforms
- Extensive knowledge of data architecture principles (e.g., Data Lake, Databricks Delta Lake, Data Warehousing, etc.)
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and performance tune large scale enterprise systems.
- Ability to leverage/contribute reusable framework/code in spark.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
