Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Location: 100% Remote
Role: Azure DevOps Engineer (Multiple Positions)
Primary Skills: Azure
Role Description: The Azure DevOps Engineer must have at least 5+ years of experience.
Top Skills:
- Azure Cloud Architecture
- Scripting (Ideally PowerShell or Bash but flexible)
- OpenSource monitoring tools (example – Splunk)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in an on-call rotation for about a week
- Develop on monitoring tools
- Dashboarding for any azure cloud platform
- Platform operations system engineer
- Monitoring aspects
- Patching servers
- Certificate renewals
- Participate in incident response
- Azure infrastructure updates using automation (ARM templates)
- Work with vendors (Microsoft) to resolve for any service issues
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to gather requirements for monitoring and resolve for any application issues
- Maintaining KPI’s for all Azure
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5+ years
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: No
Local Preferred: Yes
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
