The successful candidate will have relevant experience in enterprises analysis, requirements analysis and solution assessment and validation techniques and can quickly adapt to our custom Agile framework. Agile business analysis uses continuous feedback and learning to prioritize delivery, minimize waste, and increase customer value. The candidate will be responsible for partnering and collaborating with internal team members and stakeholders to capture, communicate, and manage all requirements to enable efficient, incremental project delivery.

- Must have Business Process experience and the ability to analyze and adapt processes for establishing across technical directorates.
- Discovering and documenting existing business and operational processes.
- Experience in authoring programmatic documents, operating instructions, and success stories.
- Perform extensive technical writing and other related duties.
- Document data flow, system interactions, and business processes.
- Define and document acceptance criteria that will be used by the team.
- Inspecting and adapting, applying feedback to influence near-term and long-term decisions to optimize value.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and to support multiple projects.
- Ability to remain calm, poised, optimistic, and professional while under pressure.

- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to define business requirements for new applications, reports, and enhancements to existing products, systems, and processes.

- Strong facilitation of discovery, sizing, and prioritization sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
- Fluent in all MS Office applications.
- 3-10 years of relevant experience supporting teams within a complex, fast-paced, milestone-driven environment.
- Utilize the techniques detailed in the IIBA Body of Knowledge and Agile Extension that cover enterprises analysis, requirements analysis, as well as solution assessment and validation.
- IIBA certification preferred.
- Experience with MS Visio preferred.
- Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) preferred.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with Agile tools (VersionOne, Rally, JIRA, DevOps, TFS, etc.) preferred.
- Must have a Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
