Modis is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst in the fintech industry. A brief synopsis of the role’s responsibilities are listed below:

• Gather business and functional requirements with internal and external resources to creating end to end functional requirement documents, process flows, system flows, and data flows
• Be well versed in the SDLC with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process designing concepts, data modeling, and knowledge of technical environments
• Business Requirements Document (BRD) and mapping liaison for clarifying questions from Developers and QA testers.
• Report and escalate on requirements delays and complete follow up
• Meticulously maintain comprehensive business requirement, mapping documentation, meeting notes, and deliverables
• Define and drive project requirements gathering, meetings, updates, and communication with client & internal sponsors, stakeholders, and functional areas to ensure approval and maximize efficiency
• Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting data analysis or similar experience
• Demonstrated user knowledge of Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, SQL, or others applications
• Experience managing implementations relating to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, data science/big data, and RPA should be demonstrated
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must demonstrate results delivery, team building, and collaboration
• PMI BA, PMI PMP, or Prince2 certification preferred
• ScrumMaster, DASM PMI, CMP, or similar certification preferred
