Responsibilities:
- Identify, resolve, and mitigate vulnerabilities in our cloud systems and platforms
 - Manage entire cloud environment, which includes technologies such as, AWS, Azure, Okta, Microsoft Office 365
 - Responsible for all IT vendor management and IT contract management
 - Manage IT helpdesk function focusing on helpdesk policies and procedures
 - Evaluate new technologies and services to solve complex security issues
 - Perform risk assessments for new applications integrating with core services
 - Responsible for creating cybersecurity standards and implementing security best practices across all technology platforms, following industry standard frameworks such NIST and the CIS Controls
 - Guide software engineering teams to adopt security standards directly in our software and development lifecycle
 - Perform analysis of log files using security solutions you implement and manage
 - Review and manage network security firewalls and switches, managing all third-party vendors who host data and access to systems
 - Deploy and administer endpoint security solutions for all computing devices
 - Create and maintain security documentation all technology processes, code deployments, and vendor requirements
 - Remain current with trends in cloud computing and information security, including new vulnerabilities, methodologies, and products
 
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 - A certification in at least one of the below Cloud certifications preferred:
- CompTIA Secure Cloud Professional (CSCP)
 - CompTIA Cloud+ CE
 - AWS certification (Associate or Professional in Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer, or Security Advanced Networking)
 - Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
 - Cloud Certified Professional
 
 - At least 3+ years’ experience managing and designing cloud capabilities and solutions in AWS
 - Excellent communications skills – Verbal and Non-Verbal
 - Expertise and experience in networking protocols and concepts
 - Knowledge and experience in software defined networking principles and technologies
 - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the NIST RMF and the CIS Controls
 - Demonstrated experience with Mac, Unix/Linux, Windows operating systems
 - Experience with identity access management platforms
 - Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Cloud solutions
