We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. The position will customize and manage the Salesforce.com platform building custom components and features and release management for Employee applications. Our Salesforce HR Help Desk system supports 28 groups in HR and Payroll across Canada and US. We have expanded the use of the platform by developing applications accessed by employees across the enterprise. The applications are PTO Request process, COVID processes, Procurement. We have also developed applications used by HR such as Reduction in Force and Furlough applications. We have users in Lithuania using an application we developed for requesting time off and managing employee leaves.
Job Responsibilities Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objects, business requirements and company goals
Provide system administration and customization support of internal employee facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications including Apex, LWC, Visualforce and lightning components, Omni channel, user permissions, security settings, process builders, visual flow, integrations. Tier 3 support on Tickets
Qualifications: Basic Requirements
Ideal Experience with HR and Case Management for Salesforce
Minimum of 4 years of hands on experience in building salesforce components using Lightning components, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce and other salesforce features.
Minimum of 5 years of experience of software development with any technology. At least 4 year experience working in service cloud, service console, communities Experience with custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, process builders, visual flows, approval process and ORG wide setup Hands-on experience with integrations preferably MuleSoft Experience with setup and using source control and devops
Other Requirements: Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Experience handling data migrations Experience in agile development methodology/scrum Experience in a front end technology and modern web framework such as HTML, CSS, java script, Jquery Experience with multi-language org is a plus
