Title: Support Engineer

PRODUCT: Developer Technologies with Emphasis on Azure DevOps

Technical Expertise (Required in one or more of each area) in Cloud, Windows Desktop Development, Web Development, Game, or Phone
Cloud Technologies: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, Amazon web services, iCloud
Languages and Compilers: C/C++, C#, VB.NET, JAVA, HTML5
Developer Tools such as Visual Studio, Unity, Eclipse, .NET Framework, DebugDiag

Professional Experience:
Three or more years' experience in software development, consulting or support with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Client, Server and Development products and technologies. Deep understanding of application lifecycle and agile development principals.

Education
BS in Computer Science, or related degree, or 3-4 years of equivalent experience.

  • The sponsor is looking for someone with a 4-year degree IT / Computer Science. And he would like someone with Infrastructure understanding.
  • Disqualifiers: The sponsor is requesting the candidates is proficient in English. Someone able to support and has past support experience and have phone interaction past experience.
  • Best vs. average: Azure experience is number 1. Azure DevOps (Group of developers build a software solution) Server or service. Building pipelines or any other product DevOps base products. Git hub experience as well.
  • Performance Indicators: Case Wellness (case documentation, first quality response, collaboration, making phone calls instead of sending emails whenever possible), Modeling CARE behaviors, & Peer and Customer Feedback.
