- Receive and respond to requests for support such as incoming calls, emails, pages, and alerts on enterprise applications.
- Perform on-site and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems, recommend and implement corrective solutions as needed.
- Programming languages: Powershell, Python, Bash
- Web Technologies: SOAP/REST/JSON, Tomcat, IIS
- Database: MS SQL Server, SSIS
- Directory: Active Directory and Directory Services
- Understands DevOps Concept to help with Automation design and buildout
- Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient senior technical resource; provides subject matter knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor
- Support the evolution of the Identity Management program by implementing and leading integration processes, framework and activities
- Design and deploy standard systems which clearly differentiate between production, development, UAT/QA, and DR.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot server software in order to meet required service levels.
- Collaborate with other teams and system administrators to ensure efficient operation of the environment.
- Provide operational support and administration for various enterprise systems as necessary.
- Prepare tests and applications for monitoring performance, provide performance statistics and reports.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring operations.
- If necessary, liaise with third-party support and vendors.
