Project Details –
This team delivers new functionality to an existing web portal that is a suite of Cyber Security and Risk products. Additionally, the team also handles data movement, migration, and reporting. This is new stuff, not maintenance!
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
1. 3-5 Years working in a DevOps environment – Exposed to build processes, deployment, and CI/CD pipeline
2. Experience with PowerShell and Web Deploy
3. A team player and Attitude to work on distributed team
NICE TO HAVES (OR WHAT GETS THE WIN)?
1. Experience standing up microservices using Microsoft Azure
2. Securing services in the cloud
3. Experience with Team City

Project Details –
This team delivers new functionality to an existing web portal that is a suite of Cyber Security and Risk products. Additionally, the team also handles data movement, migration, and reporting. This is new stuff, not maintenance!
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
- Writing scripts using PowerShell and IIS Web Deploy to deploy binaries to production
- Working with build platforms
- Evaluating our current deployment strategy and advising on improvement
- Working with GIT – helping us migrate our repository to a corporate instance
- Helping us with our long term goal of migrating our microservices to the cloud
- A great place to grow and learn – we are doing a lot with our various SQL server environments
- Autonomy and Freedom – If you have a good idea, we look at it as a team, evaluate it, and run with it
- This project coordinates with others but is not dependent upon other’s work – so no stepping on toes. It’s greenfield. You can run with it and make a huge difference for us.
