At Flow Health, we want to transform medical decision-making to bring individualized, data-driven medicine to clinicians and directly to patients. Join our team where you will work on building an in-house laboratory information management system providing functionality for providers, patients, lab workers and other company employees and make it easy for them to do business with us.
We offer a chance for a DevOps engineer to build complex solutions using cutting edge technologies and mature software engineering practices in the atmosphere of creativity and collaboration.
Micro-services approach is used to scale and deploy our application. Our application is deployed in AWS using AWS ECS. We use Prometheus as our main monitoring solution.
We use Jira + Confluence to manage our project with organized workflows, task tracking, and integrated documentation management.
We use GitHub as a development tool and version control.
Software stack: Node.js, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Redis, Apache Kafka.

What should you do:
- Continuous enhancement of software deployment infrastructure: continuous integration and delivery, databases, cloud services, systems monitoring, etc;
- Consulting developers in infrastructure configuration issues;
- OS performance optimization, searching for bottlenecks;
- Storage configuration optimization;
- Work in collaboration with a geographically distributed engineering team.
- Ready for flexible working hours;
- Public Clouds: AWS (Networking, Containers, DNS and other common public cloud services);
- Linux expert knowledge;
- Good understanding of networking with at least CCNA level;
- Web protocols: WebSockets, HTTP and others;
- Monitoring/Logging tools: Prometheus & Grafana, Cloudwatch;
- CI/CD experience, understanding;
- Bash expert knowledge. Other scripting languages are an advantage;
- Upper Intermediate English is a must.
