RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of a DevOps Engineer for a growing company working to develop cutting-edge technology - direct-hire role in Pleasant Grove, UT. The duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• DevOps Engineer will be guiding and assisting software development teams in building, testing & deploying regular software releases
• Assisting with regular software deployments and releases
• Providing clear visibility and guidance for code failures in the build pipelines
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and process automation
• As a DevOps Engineer you will be maintaining and improving the company's cloud infrastructure deployment processes
• Implementing and maintaining necessary cybersecurity measures

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS or MS Computer Science (or similar degree)
• 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong experience in Linux
• Experienced with ethernet networking
• Experienced with GitLab and GitLab APIs
• Creating and maintaining robust Build Pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, Automated Testing Metrics (Code Coverage, Test Results)
• Experienced with CI/CD
• Strong experience with AWS Provisioning and Administration (EC2, S3, IAM, Route53)
• Docker and Docker Containerization
• Python - writing and debugging
• Knowledge of Cyber Security
• Security and Management of SSH Keys

Desired Skills:

• AWS Certifications
• Knowledge of Robotic Operating System
• Knowledge of Python unittests and nose tests
• Team leadership/management experience
• Project Management experience
