JD: * Work in Jenkins to configure and maintain pipelines

JD: * Work in Jenkins to configure and maintain pipelines
- Work with Terraform to script processes that build out/create resources
- Support build/deployments of applications
- Analyze applications running in PCF to ensure good practices are being followed
- Create/maintain resources in the Google Cloud Platform
- Help to build/maintain "templates" to help in our build/deployment processes
