At Core10, you will
  • Work on projects in the banking and fintech space with nationwide implications
  • Continue software development standards and practice tests
  • Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews and architectural roadmaps
  • Manage the source code build process
  • Work with key internal and external partners and vendors
Requirements
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • C#/.Net Core and/or Node.js backend experience
  • Team Leadership with Agile principles
  • Design principles, patterns, architecture
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS (certification a plus)
  • Build automation with Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Compose
  • CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Linux experience (certification a plus)
  • Gitlab or similar
  • Performance Testing
  • Ability and desire to spread your DevOps knowledge to many others in the organization
  • REST Microservices a plus
  • ASP.Net MVC and/or Angular and/or React experience
  • Database experience a plus
  • Strong experience performance tuning Microsoft SQL Server a plus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps a plus
  • Microsoft and other programming/software engineering related certifications a plus
  • Experience with MS Entity Framework/Core Framework a plus
Essential Functions
  • Completes product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution.
  • Performs system analysis and programming activities which may require extensive research and analysis.
  • Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application.
  • Provides both individual and budget-level tasks and product effort estimates/costs.
  • Ensures timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production, both at an individual and team level.
  • Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Creates required technical documentation.
  • Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards. Participates in the definition and documentation of standards.
  • Collaboratively works with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaboratively works with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.
  • Performs release validation testing and beta support for projects.
  • Researches problems and develops solutions to the problems.
  • Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
  • Assists in training and mentoring less experienced peers.
  • May contribute to product architecture.
