- We are acquiring firms throughout the US, Canada, and the UK. Therefore we arelooking for an Email/Systems Engineer to help integrate newly acquired offices.
- Part of the Integration process is to migrate teams onto our Email system.Therefore, we are looking for someone who has a background supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft O365 and/or Exchange migrations.
- In addition, we need an engineer with strong systems experience to assist with migrating server data onto our enterprise cloud platform (Azure)
- You will need to travel to various offices and demonstrate troubleshooting competency, deliver mission critical infrastructure, and ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.

- Installing, configuring, maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Travel to various offices to conduct Site surveys and document hardware systems, software, and infrastructure.
- Be able to define the work effort necessary to bring these systems onto the network.
- Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and security
- Work with DevOps and NetOps teams to deploy solutions for corporate users.
- Migrate Server data and client permissions onto the Corporate cloud.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and implement those fixes.
- Maintain security, backup, and business continuity strategies.
- Provide escalation support for the technology team.
- Manage Email Domain Hosting and migrating domains over to a different registrar.
- Change Email Domain mx records to change mail flow.
- Recreate Email Profiles and be able to assist with troubleshooting mail flow issues.
- Provide end user training for Email and Cloud Systems.
- Must be able to troubleshoot local Outlook issues (ex. Profiles, The use of command line switches)
- Must be able to run PowerShell commands and be able to extract data from legacy Exchange systems.
- Activating and troubleshooting Email on Mobile devices using the Outlook Mobile app
- Must know how to update systems that work with Email. For example: enable scan to email and fax to email functionality.
- Understand how to work with vendors to configure Email integration.
- 10+ years' experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system, exchange, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and GPOs
- Experience with virtualization (VMWare)
- Experience with Backup and Replication systems (Backup Exec, Double-Take, Recoverpoint, Veeam)Strong Windows Operating system and Microsoft Outlook skills
- End user Training and documentation experience a plus
- Microsoft Exchange or O365 Migration and troubleshooting experience
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
- Experience with Proofpoint a plus
- Knowledge of migrating and validating SharePoint, One drive, and teams from one tenant to another.
- Understanding of monitoring systems (PRTG, Nagios)
