This resource would work with our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The primary work would be support Sailpoint and Okta, and integrations with other applications.
The request is for a contract resource for 6 months, 40hrs/week.

This resource would work with our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The primary work would be support Sailpoint and Okta, and integrations with other applications.

Design and Analysis Duties:
- Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in identity management
- Participate in business process analysis and requirement gathering
- Contributes to architectural design and framework
- Translates functional requirements into technical requirements and design
- Evaluates complex client area requirements and processes
- Engineering and analysis skills to evaluate business use cases and user stories and create technical designs and build from technical designs
- Strong understanding of internal technicalities of SailPoint IdentityIQ like LCM, Reporting/Analytics, Policies, Certifications
- Experience in Java and Sailpoint Beanshell development
- Experience writing custom Rules (aggregation, provisioning) and Connectors
- Experience implementing Workflow customizations, Forms, Provisioning policies
- Experience creating Custom Reports and Certifications
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ based applications and systems.
- Experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ OOB connector based integrations
- Experience working with Sailpoint IdentityIQ ticketing integrations (ServiceNow)
- Experience with SSD accelerator pack to automate the code and XML artifact deployments
- Experience with customizing Email Templates and configuring them
- Execute different levels of testing like unit, Integration and system testing in development environment, QA and UAT.
- Experience in DevOps automation for code repository/deployment
- Experience with (or at least solid understanding of) Role-based Access Controls (RBAC) is preferred
- Experience with SailPoint workflows including Joiner, Leaver, Mover
- Working knowledge of Java, Web Services, SOAP, REST, PowerShell, and SQL is preferred
- Experience with integration to Okta and Azure AD
