Lead team responsible for identifying, formulating and implementing complex information security policies, procedures and controls. Engages information security and line of LOB management to identify, formulate and implement information security solutions and controls. Drives to complex and innovative solutions addressing: vulnerability detection, threat analysis, network intrusion and development/implementation of vulnerability mitigation strategies; identifying security risks and solutions for the company's networks and VPNs applications, security tools, public key infrastructures, authentication and directory services, and access management services. Oversees resource allocations to ensure commitments align with strategic objectives. Manages a highly technical team and/or technical operation teams through lower level managers. Maintains an advanced awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security. Participates in recommending changes to information security policy, standards and procedures as needed for systems/applications/tools. Lead complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more LOBs. Typically interacts with senior leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business. Decisions have significant direct impact on function and direct impact on Lobs. Recommends compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. Primary interface with Information Security Leaders for supporting LOBs. Supports interfaces with Technology Industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators. Senior manager accountable for managing for results through matrix management, contractor/vendor management or through direct reports.
This position is for an Information Security Manager with 5+ years working in Identity and Access Managements technology management with at least 2+ years working with hybrid cloud and on premise IAM solutions. This position will oversee the deployment and adoption of on-premise and cloud based authentication solutions including password-less and FIDO compliant authentication technologies. This position will be responsible for a DevOps team supporting these solutions and will drive success with both deployment and support for these solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technology experience
- 3+ years of experience with strategic planning in a technology environment
- 2+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment
- 3+ years of SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) experience
- 3 + years of access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication.
- 1+ years of supporting multi-factor authentication
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of complex enterprise systems and frameworks including frontends, middleware, services layer, database, backend and downstream interfaces
- Knowledge and understanding of technical writing: storage, middleware, or virtualization
- Knowledge and understanding of technology support: operational support for middleware instances and applications configuration
- IDaas (IDentity as a Service) solutions experience
- Knowledge and understanding of biometric authentication, digital authentication, authorization, fraud, or cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of technology with emphasis on the following: development operations, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), (including quality assurance, problem and incident management, configuration management, application infrastructure services (e.g. middleware), platform management, information security architecture, IAM (identity and access management), enterprise architecture, cloud, third party hosted solutions, application risk assessments, information management, enterprise data, CRM services, and books and records)
- Strong negotiation and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of Kubernetes containerization strategy
- Experience with one or a combination of the following databases: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server specifically supporting encryption technology or encryption key management
- Knowledge and understanding of UNIX
