We are seeking cleared or clearable, early to mid career DevOps Engineers to work at our Cincinnati, Ohio or Beavercreek, Oho location. Preference given to those who are self-motivated and energetic with a background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. The successful candidates will participate in a broad range of technologies with exposure to a variety of technical disciplines (as described below) that provide critical solutions to U.S. government agencies and the Department of Defense. Many of the problem-sets our customer expect us to solve do not have known solutions, so ingenuity is essential. We are pushing the boundaries and defining what is possible in Cyber Space, Reverse Engineering and Communications.

The selected candidate will remotely support system administration of multiple environments, software deployment, troubleshooting, and automation in an Agile / DevSecOps environment for a critical customer program. Current work may be done remotely. Future program work may be on site in the Cincinnati, Ohio or Beavercreek, Ohio facilities.

Essential Functions:
  • Work on systems administration related issues with hardware and software for different network environments.
  • Support deployment of custom software solutions integrating COTS, GOTS, and developed software.
  • Propose system administration process improvement to reduce overall maintenance requirements by working with the design team and manufacturers.
  • Determines systems requirements, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system configuration.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies.
  • Develops and recommends corrective actions.
  • May provide technical guidance for database administrators and software developers.
This position can be filled at at an Engineer or Principal Engineer level.

Basic Qualifications for Engineer level:
  • Bachelors' degree and 2 years of experience or a Masters' degree and 0 years of experience. Note:. 4 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor degree
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification
Basic Qualifications for Principal Engineer level:
  • Bachelors' degree and 5 years of experience or a Masters' degree and 3 years of experience or a Ph.D and 0 years of experience. Note:. 4 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor degree
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with OpenStack
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Experience with Ansible
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Experience in Shell scripting – Bash, Ruby, Perl
  • Experience with automation
Salary Range: $74,200.00 - $111,400.00Salary Range 2: $92,000.00 - $138,000.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
