Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a IT Developer II to work out of our White Plains, NY location.
The role of the IT Developer II is to assist the management of the Organization by designing and maintaining programs and reporting systems.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Field incoming help requests from end users via self-service ticket creation, telephone, e-mail and in person in a courteous and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain systems to be utilized by end users.
• Develop using Agile and Scrum
• Develop and maintain system enhancements as needed.
• Work with management and end users to determine system and reporting needs.
• Prepare and deliver special programming requests in an accurate and timely fashion.

Qualifications:
Educational: Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in MIS or Technical School Training.
Work Experience:

• A minimum of two years of related work experience.
• Object Oriented programming and design pattern knowledge
• Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases and reporting systems (SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)) and at least one of the following programming languages (.Net, C#, VB.NET or PHP) utilized to develop user interfaces.
• Experience in other web technologies (Angular 8+, JavaScript, JQuery, Html4/ Html5, JSON, XML)
• Proficient with Visual Studio/ SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience with Git source control and Azure DevOps
• Strong SQL Skills in creating stored procedures, functions, views, sql scripts, API technologies
