We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support and coach high performance teams, empower them to leverage Agile methods, enabling quality delivery and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Possess an intrinsic understanding of sound Agile and PM practices and have the ability to lead the deployment of those practices while collaborating and adjusting to specific project situations.
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Coaches PO/team on backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Acts as Agile mentor/coach to other Scrum Masters or any Agile role.
- Contributes to the evangelism, advancement and improvement of Agile practices throughout the entire organization.
- Possess an understanding of and experience with typical SDLC activities such as Estimation, Process Design and/or Testing - ideally in both traditional and Agile delivery approaches.
- Ensure DevOps systems we build are robust in the sense they can scale, handle rapid growth, and limit exposure to single points of failure and security vulnerabilities
- Ensure team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery.
- Supports team's automation and DevOps journey (testing, pipelines, deployments).
- Identify and develop metrics and dashboards to monitor adoption and maturity of DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in management, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical delivery role on an agile team.
- Agile Certified Practitioners (ACP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, but not required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred, but not required.
- Thorough understanding of agile and lean methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of agile scaling frameworks preferably the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience working with both agile and waterfall methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Azure DevOps or similar tool for Project Lifecycle Management.
- Continuous Integration and Deployment tools such as Jenkins, Copado, Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict with stakeholder(s).
- Shows a strong sense of ownership and accountability; ensures development team is working efficiently towards Sprint goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching and influencing skills across multiple and diverse groups and constituencies.
