JD -
  • Experience building IVR Call flows within AWS Connect Platform, call routing, and configuration of Amazon Connect environment a plus
  • Experience building call flows aligned with complex business requirements
  • Experience developing API builds and support using Python API/REST
  • Experience developing and implementing complex IVR, (Interactive Voice Response) scripting, WFM (work force management), QM (quality management), Salesforce and/or other (CRM integration), call recording with records management
  • Proficient knowledge of AWS services such as Connect, Lambda, S3, Athena, Amazon Lex, API Gateway, etc. a plus
DevOps experience, manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment into various environments
  • Network topology and design; Liaison with AT&T and Corporate network groups for all business networking protocols, familiar with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTPS, SMTP, SIP etc.
