Skills:
• 6-9 years of experience
• Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Services, SOA
• Jenkins, Groovy scripting
• Cloud Computing experience with Certification is preferred(not mandatory).
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of Design Patterns
• Experience working in Agile platform
• Experience working in DevOps – Jenkins or anything similar, Docker, Code compliance tools, Code Repositories, Build tools & Unit testing tools
• Experience working in retail domain preferably eCommerce applications.
• Should be a Quick learner, Good Analytical, Debugging & Communications skills and Metrics Reporting
• Experience working in tools like Service Now
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Leading the support engagement.
• Incident management, Log Analysis, Root cause Analysis and Resolution management.
• SLA Adherence, Metrics, and Reporting
• 70% of time in support activities and 30% in development activities
• Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance.
• Monitoring of production environment, scheduled jobs.
• Supporting all production deployments
• Co-ordinate with client stakeholders, third party groups and end users to ensure reliability of application.
• Development of Sprint functionalities
• Preparation and maintenance of all support related artifacts.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Co-ordinate between onsite and offshore
• Provide value adds, mentoring the team and demonstrate consistent improvement in quality of deliverables
