RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a full-time Java Spring Software Engineer to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX. You will:

• Lead design and development of modern applications using cloud technologies
• Lead a small team of developers to deliver the solution
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure the product meets the requirements from customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Total 8-10 years of Experience in Java technologies including 5+ years of experience in Spring application architecture, 2 + years of experience in Microservice architecture, 2 + years of experience in cloud platform technologies with Microservice architecture
• Candidate must have a strong OOA/OOD background and understanding of Design Patterns and Enterprise Application Patterns
• Understand or implementation experience in building Twelve-Factor applications using Domain Driven Design
• Experience in Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Web Services, Spring boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud is must
• Experience in HTML/CSS/JS (Angular or comparable framework)
• Hands on experience in accelerated and automated app dev, CI/CD, DevOps principles, Site Reliability engineering, framework and tools (NewRelic, Grafana, Prometheus) to simplify development via true agile/lean principles
• Exceptional technical skills with Java/J2EE, Spring framework and Angular frameworks, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Docker or related container platform ecosystems and public cloud like Azure/AWS
• Knowledge on Event-driven Architecture, messaging, and caching technologies
