This role will have the ultimate responsible for overseeing all Business Analyst activities. The Lead will drive coordination of all system requirements and mapping for new systems, upgrades, and fixes for ERC through the system development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong planning, active listening, influencer skills, and the ability to communicate in-depth tool and technical knowledge.
The Lead will work directly with the BAs, Developers, Product Owner, External Partners, Quality Testers, Project Manager, and Functional areas to ensure all system tickets are defined and approved by priority, ultimately to ensure absolute success in business system integrations.
• ScrumMaster, DASM PMI, CMP, or similar certification preferred

- • Comprehensive experience, knowledge, and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting data analysis in IT or similar experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
• Demonstrated user knowledge of Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, SQL, or other applications
• Experience managing implementations relating to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, data science/big data, and RPA should be demonstrated
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• ScrumMaster, DASM PMI, CMP, or similar certification preferred
