We are looking for a QA Lead for our Global Engineering Team in JLL Technologies on the Capital Markets business line.
What this job involves
- Working in an international team with colleagues, partners and pairs in Europe, Americas, and Asia.
- Reporting within the Global Application Engineering team.
- Leading the local QA backlog creation, QA Best Practices, QA sprint cycle planning.
- Implement and institutionalize Global Engineering QA best practices to reduce complexity, improve data and application quality, and increase efficiency.
- Partner with the business representative to create the QA roadmap for the application delivering the business requirements.
- Supporting the agile methodology, participating in wider group daily standups and driving QA daily standups, sprint reporting, and solving the QA blocking items. Team work organization, and workload monitoring.
- Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders to establish QA objectives, Test plans and test cycles.
- Ensuring that all the QA technical objectives, QA technical good practices are respected and implemented in the daily work. Helping the growth of the team, even personal and technical.
- Participation in the QA stages of the software development life-cycle.
- Proposing QA related technical solutions to meet the business expectations through the technical implementation.
- Guarantee that the QA team delivery of the tasks meet the best standards on both quality, reliability and scalability.
- Use of latest technologies.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
- Self-motivated and driven to learn with 5-10 years of experience.
- Background of Product owner (is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to successful completion while adhering to project deadlines.
- Computer Science degree or similar.
- Knowledge front-end, back-end and platform (cloud) features in web applications.
- Knowledge in Azure DevOps Test plan, Backlog and dashboard (is a plus)
- Knowledge in test plan design and execution.
- Knowledge using Selenium or similar for test automatization.
- Knowledge API Testing (Postman or similar)
- Knowledge or experience defining a QA best practice methodology
- Knowledge using SonarQube quality.
- Knowledge in QA KPI’s or similar.
- Knowledge in CI/CD is a plus.
- You love to solve complex problems, always striving to improve and feel passionate about data.
- Ability to work in a team environment in a collaborative manner and act proactively to achieve team's goals following Agile Scrum methodology
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
