Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Pega Automation Tester you will establish the automation test strategy for a new Pega implementation project. You will be pivotal in leading the design, build, and execution of the Pega automated testing suite to ensure full coverage and stability of the solution stack. You will work closely with team members in an Agile delivery framework and possess outstanding communication skills.
• Establish shift-left test strategy for our Pega implementation
• Define Automation tests for the full solution stack (unit, business logic, usability, functional regression, performance, security)
• Develop an effective automation Test Suite for continuous delivery with DevOps pipeline
• Determine the level of Test Coverage necessary ensuring the biggest value and highest priority items are addressed
• Provide guidance for test automation script development to automation engineers

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 3+ years of Pega Automation Testing
• Pega proficiency required
• Knowledge of QA processes, principles and the software development lifecycle
• Agile Delivery
• LoadRunner, Ready API desired
• Jira and Confluence
• Selenium, CrossBrowser Testing are preferred

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $52K-$100K*
