Ping Technical Analyst - Directory, Data Governance, Access
Job Overview:
You will play a technical role in the successful installation, integration, maintenance and support for the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Workforce solutions.
You will:

• Be the subject matter expert on PingDirectory, PingDirectory Proxy, PingDirectory DataSync, Ping Data Governance, and Ping Identity Cloud IAM offerings.
• Evaluate business, process, systems, and technology requirements and advise on best practices to help guide and solidify proposed designs.
• Consult with our internal customers to assess current problem states, establish desired future states, and make solution recommendations.
• Participate in the detailed solution design, implementation, and delivery of Ping Identity IAM product solutions.
• Work with our internal customers to install and deploy solutions into throughout our environments to meet the customer's requirements.
• Create documentation specific to the deployment of the CIAM Identity Suite of products
• Work with Ping Identity support to resolve technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years' experience developing customer and workforce identity and access management strategies, architecture, technical support and implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies including LDAPv3, SQL technologies.
• Experience using web APIs (SOAP, XML, REST, JSON, SCIM).
• Experience with JavaScript, Regular Expressions, HTML, and CSS to support web application development
• Bachelor of Science in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Systems) or equivalent work related level of experience.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Devops with working knowledge or Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Experience implementing solutions with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Security certifications like CISSP.
