Job Description
- The person selected will be working in the role of Scrum Manager (typically mapped to Technical Project Manager role) managing delivery for one or more CICD tools.
- Work experience as project manager - managing projects with technical flair, project planning for new initiatives, handling multiple projects parallelly.
- Experience in managing people in the team with diverse skills and locations
- Experience in Agile methodology - All scrum ceremonies efficiently and ability to facilitate PI planning
- Knowledge or experience in DevOps/CICD tools and methodologies. SAFe Exp.
- Run the E2E project management with vendor partners
- Partner with vendors to implement project requirements
- Work closely with business teams to understand project requirements and ensure timelines are aligned across all teams
- Influence teams across projects to streamline and enhance processes as projects are being implemented
- Identify, assess, and develop ideas to improve new product launch process, as well as identify ideas for new projects to enhance the overall process
- Experience working with agile tech teams
- Ability to communicate and build strong relationships across multiple levels of leadership
- Results driven with the ability to effectively manage initiatives to completion
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in teams
- Strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated self-starter
- Experience leading a team in a diverse and quickly changing environment
- Experience with Project Management tools and Rally
