A client is looking for a QA Lead role to be a key member of their IT Business Solutions team and will primarily oversee quality assurance activities. In addition, the successful candidate will make recommendations to drive the continuous improvement of the QA process and optimize product reliability and release efficiency. Key responsibilities of the role include developing test plans and running functional/regression tests. Knowledge and experience with test automation platforms and the Salesforce ecosystem are required.

Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance strategy for Salesforce platform, including API integrations and any Sales Cloud Customizations
- Lead and build related automated regression tests
- Proactively identify and alleviate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release
- Work in partnership and manage QA processes across all functions within Salesforce and connected products
- Implement best practices consistent with an agile development methodology
- Communicate test plans and status, and escalate issues as required
- 3+ years QA experience in a Salesforce development environment
- Expertise with software test management tools and concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and able to learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
