Assignment Details

This senior Scrum Master position is responsible for coaching multiple cross functional teams in implementing product solutions using Agile practices. The ideal candidate must have worked in a large/complex agile implementation involving multiple teams.

The ideal candidate should have:
Solid experience supporting large/complex software implementation involving distributed offshore/Onshore team.
Familiarity with fundamental application design and development approaches
Good knowledge of TFS and Confluence
Basic Knowledge of Cloud and AWS infrastructure
Experience in analytics and reporting
Experience with DevOps best practices (CIandCD, code quality and code coverage, automation)
Experience with Microsoft development stack and tooling is a plus (Visual Studio, TFS).

Job Description

• • Manage Distributed Agile teams (onshore/offshore) and establish continuous learning and growth plan to build enabled high-performing product Team.
  • Ensures documentation of and maintainability team working agreement, definition of ready and definition of done for the scrum team.
  • Foster collaborative and transparent environment for both onshore and offshore team members and program stakeholders.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new team members ensuring they are setup correctly with the right tools and environment access.
  • Facilitate the creation of Scrum boards/dashboards and other team's collaboration spaces including confluence and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with members of the Product/Design, Engineering Teams and business partners to develop and maintain backlogs
  • Collaborate with Team Product Manager to plan roadmap execution based on estimates and capacity; also identify risks to the plan.
  • Support Product Manager on Backlog management by facilitating Estimation, Prioritization and coach whole team on backlog management techniques.
  • Ensures effective coordination between the core platform team and multiple onshore/onshore teams' dependencies and code integration/migration.
  • Monitor work progress and radiate the information to stake holders. Identify and mitigate team risks and impediments (Blocking Issues, Critical Defects) on daily basis.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. Handle relationship with internal teams and vendors
  • Coach teams to release products of highest quality and ensure adherence to team/program definition of done for release.
  • Create Change request and ensure its on-time readiness for CAB. Ensure CR includes all information required by Change management for CAB approval are included in the change request.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Information Technology/ Software experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with Agile development processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Team code full-time.
  • Scrum Master/Agile certifications e.g. CSM, PSMI, PSMII, SSM, SDP, ICP ACC, ICP -ATF.

Shift:

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
