We are looking for an AWS developer/architect to join our Scrum team, focused on developing and taking our AWS architecture to the next level. You'll be an integral part of the Scrum team, working directly with the Product and Development Team.

What you will be doing:

• Coding using C#, Python, Linux commands (bash, jq, grep, etc.)
• Strong Experience with AWS services currently being utilized including: S3, Neptune, RDS, API Gateway, Lambda (Serverless and Triggers), Fargate, SNS, SQS, ElastiCache, Elasticsearch
• Experience with the following: AppSync, DynamoDB, QuickSight, Athena, RedShift and other BI related services
• Knowledge a plus: EC2, CloudFront, Cognito, Route 53, VPC
• Looking to start integrating services needed for AI/ML
• Using Cloud Formation scripting (YAML, JSON) and Azure DevOps to create CI/CD pipelines for compiling and releasing code to multiple environments.
• Create and maintain Cloud Formation scripts for all API code hosted in AWS.
• Architect/code APIs and Microservices following specifications using the appropriate tools.
• Maintain and modify existing microservices with your team as well as under direction from senior staff members.
• Perform maintenance programming for existing version. Perform custom programming at management's request.
• Assume responsibility with team for ongoing data and code architecture for product.

Professional skills:

• Minimum eight (8) years API/Backend Development experience utilizing REST endpoints and data storage.
• Minimum five (5) years .NET and C# experience including .net Core 2.1 and higher.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and event driven design through use of messaging.
• Understanding of domain driven design a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical staff members.
• Ability to interface well with Professional Service staff and other non-technical members of the organization.
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Knowledge relating to the area in which analysis and coding is performed.
• Provide project development in the areas of analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation, and on-going system support.
• Ability to help design/architect new development and functionality.
• Ability to analyze business rules and logic.
